2. TICKET SALES & EVENT CONTRACTS

Tickets for events organized by Fabián dos Rios may be sold through CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA / EVENTIM.Light and other authorized ticketing providers.

Where Fabián dos Rios acts as event promoter, the contract concerning attendance at the event is concluded between the ticket purchaser and Fabián dos Rios as promoter.

The ticketing provider acts as the technical and/or commercial intermediary for the ticket sale. The ticketing provider may also have its own terms and conditions governing the ticket purchase and payment process.

The contract is concluded in accordance with the applicable ticketing process once payment has been successfully completed and the ticket has been issued or confirmed.

The ticket purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

Fabián dos Rios reserves the right to cancel orders where applicable ticket purchase conditions are violated, including attempts to circumvent ticket limits, use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or otherwise misuse the ticketing system.

3. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EVENT CHANGES

Unless mandatory statutory consumer rights provide otherwise, tickets are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged simply because the ticket holder is unable to attend.
